What matters is whether the factory can keep the approved sample and the bulk order on the same production line, while allowing you to test a small first run.
Low MOQ options are available depending on product, fabric and customization requirements. On the 777SHIRT site, core products are presented with a starting MOQ of 100 pieces per style for selected products, but the final number depends on the specific style, fabric, decoration and packaging you choose.
The safest first step is a physical sample. It lets you check fabric, fit, print or embroidery, labels and packaging before committing to production.
Samples normally take 7–10 days after the specification is confirmed. The sample fee is credited toward your bulk order.
For a new brand, private label details are what make the product feel like yours. 777 SHIRT supports woven labels, hangtags, custom packaging, printing and embroidery based on the requirements of your program.
Fabric weight changes the product. A 240–300 GSM t-shirt feels different from a 380–450 GSM hoodie. The factory can develop or match fabric from your reference, then grade your size chart and refine the fit through sampling.
A startup should not choose a factory only on the lowest first price. More important is whether the same factory can keep quality consistent as quantities grow.
