Most polo programs start with pique knit at 220-260 GSM or a smooth interlock at 180-220 GSM. Pique gives the classic textured polo look and better structure around the collar; interlock feels softer and works well for hospitality uniforms. We can also develop moisture-wicking poly-cotton blends for golf and team programs.
Send the fabric type or weight, collar style (flat knit, contrast stripe, or button-down), cuff finish, embroidery placement, and the size range. A photo of an existing polo you like is usually enough for us to quote accurately.
The MOQ is 100 pieces per style for selected products. Samples take 7-10 days and the sample fee is 100% credited toward your bulk order. Embroidery, woven labels and custom packaging are handled on the same production line.
